He has successfully risen from Hotel Night Auditor to Front Desk Associate to Front Desk Manager to Hotel Manager with Holiday Inn Express, Sleep Inn and Suites and Best Western International. His dedication to Superior Customer Service has been instrumental in maintaining top notch Customer Satisfaction levels throughout his career.

Edom Lyatuu, BBA, MBA; Senior Consultant, Controller (10yrs experience)

Edom has mastered several Property Management Systems including: Profit Manager, ChoiceAdvantage, Opera, MSI and Holidex. Edom started out as a Night Auditor with a full service Holiday Inn, and has risen to Controller and Senior Consultant over 10 yrs experience under his belt all this while earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. His determination to administer Excellent Customer Service and dedication to Efficient Hotel Operations are what has driven him to the high level of accomplishments he has achieved in the Hotel Industry.

Micheal Piaskowski, Senior Consultant, (7 yrs experience)

Mike has worked at all levels with several limited service properties including Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Ramada Inn, Best Western, AmeriHost Inn and Comfort Suites. During Mike's career, he has held and mastered all the department head positions for hotels. Currently, Mike is heading up the re-structuring of the entire staff and the renovation of an $8 Million Holiday Inn Express
